My Journey

My path into this work began over a decade ago, during a time when I was navigating deep heartbreak and depression.

What started as a search for relief became something much deeper. Meditation became a doorway that led me back to myself.

Through that process, I began to reconnect not only with my inner world, but with something greater… a sense of presence, of guidance, of the divine.

From that point forward, this path became a devotion.

Over the years, I’ve moved through many layers of healing, growth, and personal initiation, especially around finding my voice, learning to speak my truth, and allowing myself to be fully seen.

There have been seasons of deep inner work, exploration, and spiritual expansion through practices like meditation, energy work, dreamwork, and working closely with the body as a guide.

I’ve devoted time to studying and practicing energy work and somatic awareness, deepening my understanding of how our inner world shapes our lived experience.

But more than anything, this work has been something I’ve lived.

It’s been a process of unlearning, remembering, and returning to myself again and again.

My Work

The spaces I create are gentle, but intentional.

Whether through somatic-based sessions, guided inner journeys, or reflective conversations, my intention is to help you reconnect with yourself in a way that feels safe, grounded, and real.

This isn’t about fixing you, it’s about creating space for you to hear yourself more clearly.

My Approach

I believe we all have own inner garden with different parts of us that are waiting to be seen, understood, and brought back into harmony.

With compassion and curiosity, we can begin to listen to those parts instead of pushing them away.

Because healing doesn’t come from force, it comes from awareness, presence, and the willingness to meet yourself where you are.

At My Core

At the heart of everything I do is a deep desire to help others reconnect with themselves.

To soften the weight of shame, trauma, and self-doubt.

To return to the heart.

And to remember that beneath everything they’ve been through…
they are still whole, still worthy, and still free.
